All units are fully assembled and tested.
All are 316L stainless steal plates 20 Gauge.
All plates and gaskets are laser cut (not stamped or drilled).
Green endplates are made of 1/2" and 3/4" (for the larger units) thickness Sanatec high density polyethylene.
Gaskets are made of Viton and will withstand heat up to 450 degrees fahrenheit. (The green endplates and gaskets are the very best on the market).
Although this Kit is intended for experienced installers and qualified auto mechanics, we wanted to post this note for those interested in installing any HHoMiniGreenMachine system on vehicles.
Make sure that your vehicles are in good working condition and running condition. It is recommended that you have your car tuned up and you do not have any problem with your vehicle back firing because this will cause your safety valve to pop off or possible damage to the HHO kit.
WARNING/Disclaimer: this device is intended for experienced installers and qualified auto mechanics only. This device uses the electrolysis process to create Hydrogen gas. Hydrogen gas is EXTREMELY flammable. By purchasing this device, you agree to use or misuse the device at your own risk. Additionally, High amperage and water create an electrocution HAZARD. The electrolyte process (with ANY HHO generator) may create known and unknown chemicals and substances that are known to be caustic, toxic and or poisonous. You should always wear chemical and electrically insulated gloves when working with a HHO generator, the electrolyte and other components. It is probably illegal to dump the electrolyte in your locality as it is hazardous to the environment (treat it just as you would the electrolyte in your car battery - you wouldn't dump that in your kitchen sink would you?). Contact your local Hazardous waste handling facilities. No warranty, express or implied, is made nor should be assumed as to the suitability or performance of this device for any specific application. IMPORTANT NOTE #1 - THESE SYSTEMS MAY ONLY BE INSTALLED BY CONNECTION TO THE PROPER FUEL PUMP RELAY CIRCUIT (THERE MAY BE MORE THAN ONE FUEL PUMP RELATED FUSE OR RELAY IN THE VEHICLE FUSE BOX) AND ARE REQUIRED TO ALSO CONNECT TO A HHO SUITABLE VACUUM SWITCH (CONNECTED VIA VACUUM HOSE LINE TO THE ENGINE) WHICH WILL SERVE AS A REDUNDANT SAFETY BACKUP AGAINST THE POSSIBILITY OF A HHO FAILURE INCIDENT (PLEASE SEE THE TECHNICAL DIAGRAMS IN THE TECHNICAL SECTION OF THIS WEBSITE AT WWW.HHOGREENMACHINE.COM/HHOBACKROOM.HTM). THE CORRECT FUSE BOX CIRCUIT IS THE ONE THAT IS ONLY ON WHEN THE INSTALLED TO VEHICLE ENGINE IS RUNNING (WHICH MUST TYPICALLY BE THE FUEL PUMP RELAY CIRCUIT)!!! HHOGREENMACHINE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURES DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF HHO SYSTEM (DUE TO AN IMPROPER FUSE BOX CONNECTION) THAT LEADS TO A HHO SYSTEM FAILURE INCIDENT. HHO SYSTEMS IN GENERAL SHOULD ONLY BE INSTALLED BY TRAINED HHO SYSTEM INSTALLERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING FOR THIS REASON.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2 - All prices will be increasing 20% across the board starting February 1st, 2011 or shortly thereafter to compensate for the increased cost of doing business and increased state and federal taxes.

IMPORTANT NOTE #4 - We guarantee that our HHoGreenMachine will work as specified on our website. If the unit is damaged during shipping or because of a manufacturing mistake you may send the unit back to us for a replacement. If there is a refund to be issued you must send the unit back to us for inspection, cleaning, and refurbishing, PLUS A RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY. Any purchase that is shipped and returned because you simply changed your mind will incur a 20% restocking fee. Also please note that shipping and Pay Pal charges will not be refunded for any returns.
IMPORTANT NOTE #5 - Statewide / Regional Distributors & local area Dealers wanted. Ideally we prefer that Statewide & Regional HHoGeenMachine Distributors have serious experience in the trucking and / or automotive business in an ownership role or at least have extensive trucking / automotive business experience with the ability to oversee and support a statewide / regional HHoGreenMachine Dealership network - with the greater commitment and responsibilty comes greater financial reward and renumeration. Less experience and qualifications are required to be a local area HHoGreenMachine Dealer or Installer. Those working in a dual Dealership & Installers role benefit from both conducting sales and vehicle installations. Do note that Installers need to be properly trained in HHo systems installs and vetted / approved by HHoGreenMachine. Please note however that all resumes are welcome and will be reviewed and considered.
